These terms cover your use of knightdeploy.com, run by Knight Deploy LLC ("Knight Deploy", "we"). By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to them. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if the two conflict.
Using the site
- The content on this site is for general information. It is not legal, financial or security advice for your specific situation.
- Prices shown are starting prices and ranges. The final price for any work depends on scope and is set in writing before work starts.
- Do not use the site to send spam, attack it or submit false information.
- The Knight Deploy name, knight mark and site design belong to Knight Deploy LLC. Client work shown is described with permission.
Contact requests
Sending the form or contacting us does not create a client relationship. A free call is a conversation, not a commitment by either side. Work begins only after a written agreement.
Text messaging terms
- When you provide a mobile number through our form, by phone or by email, you agree that Knight Deploy may text you about your request and any project we do together.
- Message frequency varies by project. Message and data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Knight Deploy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for paid work is set in the written agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
