This policy explains what Knight Deploy LLC ("Knight Deploy", "we") collects when you use knightdeploy.com or work with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact form. Name, phone, email, business name, the service you are asking about and any notes you type. The form also records the page it was sent from and the sending IP address, which helps us tell real requests from spam.
- Email, calls and text messages. If you call, text or email us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and keep track of your project.
- Website use. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We may use a privacy respecting analytics tool to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
- Client work. When you hire us, we handle the accounts, files and data needed to do the work you asked for, under the terms of our agreement with you.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule the free call you asked for.
- To deliver and support the services you hire us for.
- To send service messages about your project, such as a quote, a status update or a question.
- To keep this website secure and stop spam and abuse.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts without your consent, and your consent to receive texts is never shared with or sold to third parties.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
Who we share with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our web host, email provider, phone and text provider, and the software tools used to deliver your project. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact requests and correspondence are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the relationship plus the time required for business records. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are delivered to our business email and are not stored in a public database. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing jd@knightdeploy.com or calling (956) 804-3240.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
